I created Beyond Bod Fitness during one of the hardest seasons of my life, when I felt anything but strong. After having my baby, I was 178 pounds, exhausted, overwhelmed, and silently battling postpartum depression. The pressure to “bounce back” before returning to work was crushing, but my body felt unfamiliar, and nothing seemed to work. The gym became my escape, my therapy, and my rebirth - rep by rep, I began healing physically and emotionally. I gave myself permission to slow down, breathe, and pour back into me. I realized: my body isn’t broken - it’s capable of going beyond. And so am I.
I served 11.5 years in the military, earning perfect PT scores through discipline, purpose, and grit. Since 2019, I’ve worked with over 500 women: from moms rebuilding after childbirth to aspiring athletes and first responders training for exams. Together, we’ve built strength, endurance, confidence, and resilience. Their wins (passing FBI and military tests, dropping weight they thought impossible) are my why. True change comes from reclaiming health inside and out.
